This AGE argument is piss-poor. Trump is basically the same age as Joe Biden. Moreover, Trump is morbidly obese. Actuaries and oddsmakers have Biden outliving DJT.
The one thing MAGA will not do is discuss how to fix issues. Remember Trump was the first POTUS to run without a platform? Therein is why they attack segments of society daily so they have us debating Women, Jews, Hispanics, Israel, Putin, etc., et al.
Barry Goldwater, Ronald Reagan, Bush, and Cheney were conservatives and Republicans. You could adamantly disagree with their positions but nobody could deny their devotion to their beliefs and nation. (I spent hundreds of hours with Barry Goldwater.)
Today the vote is no longer Dems vs. GOP. It is Democracy vs. Extremism. This is why so many GOP leaders are quitting the party and asking true Republicans to stay home or vote across party lines at this seriously important juncture in our history.
Those who remain silent are hiding behind fear. No reason to hide, as if you’re reading these words you won’t be around in 20,000 days (many won’t be around in five years).
Moreover, if you worry about what others will think of you, or of losing your job then I must assume you don’t have much self-esteem or regard for your personal value.
Now is the time to speak up. Stand up and be counted. Do you love America and the things this nation has given you?
If so, stop pretending to ignore the thousands of moral, legal, and ethical violations that have been perpetrated against the electorate over the last couple of decades – especially since the Tea Party remade itself into MAGA.
I do not want to lose any more friends over politics. However, I will NOT remain silent as my nation and countrypeople are more important to me than how I will be judged by those not worthy of judgment.
